What is a homeopathic consult like?

I will listen to not only your main complaints and how you are experiencing them, but also the individual ways you experience life. It is important to understand ‘how’ you experience your symptoms, not the named conditions. We will go through your health history so a timeline is helpful looking at what has happened physically, mentally, and emotionally. The initial intake is around 2hrs.

What happens next?

I will then spend anywhere from 2-8 hours (included in the intake price) researching your case to find the best matching remedy. I will email 1-3 days later with the suggested remedy, how to purchase it, and how to take your remedy.

How do I take the Remedy?

You will be given specific instructions on how to take your remedy. See the video on how to take your remedy.

What can I expect?

Everyone’s healing is as individual as they are. Some people may feel a bit tired at first or more energy. Sleep may be improved. Over time, the other symptoms will start to shift to not be as frequent or not as intense. It will be important to observe your response. It is very helpful to chart your progress. A link for a chart will be shared. We will have a follow up in 4 weeks.

What is the follow-up consults like?

We will meet in about 4 weeks for about an hour. During this time we will review how you took the remedy, what is better, what is the same, if anything is worse, and if there are any new symptoms.

Should I stop my medications?

No, not unless you have discussed this with your doctor.

Can I take supplements, CBD, essential oils, etc..?

If you have already been on certain supplements it is ok to continue. Starting any new treatment at the start of your homeopathic treatment can make it difficult to tell what is helping. Some items like strong smelling oils (tea tree oil, camphor, peppermint, etc...) can antidote your remedy.
